Pupusas
Pupusas are a thick tortilla cooked with fillings in it. Fillings can be anything from black beans, cheese, Loroco blossoms (native plant to Central America), pork, Mexican pork sausage (chorizo) or Poblano pepper. Accompanied with a mix of cabbage, carrots, oregano, salt, pepper, dry pepper in vinegar, plus a very taste tomato sauce. Come try the most authentic Salvadoran dish, pupusas!

Tacos is the most famous Mexican dish. As you might already know, tacos are a soft tortilla with meat and vegetables on top. Meat options start from the classic steak, chicken or marinated pork (Al Pastor) to Beef Tripe, Chorizo and for those looking for a vegan option, try our avocado tacos.
